Planning a wedding or any event can be time consuming and, at times, stressful. My goal at Run Wild is to ensure you receive great customer service, high quality designs, and a positive experience when planning your wedding florals. Below are a few frequently asked questions to help you begin on your floral journey.

What's the process look like working with Run Wild?

Once you inquire, we’ll begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your vision and the atmosphere you want to create. From there, I will craft a tailored proposal, outlining thoughtful floral designs that reflect your unique story.

To reserve Run Wild Floral Arts exclusively for your event, a non-refundable deposit will secure your date. As your event approaches, I will reach out to you six weeks prior to make any needed changes for your special day. Throughout the entire process, I am just a call or email away, here to guide, inspire, and answer any questions!

Why hire a professional floral designer?

If you are a big fan of aesthetic experiences and fresh florals, hiring a professional designer is an excellent choice. As an artist, my goal is to create beautiful, immersive moments through fresh floral design that will make your special day unforgettable. I design to create an atmosphere that reflects the feeling you want to convey, so you can spend your time doing what matters most: being with the people you love, celebrating, and savoring this incredible life moment!

What information do I need to provide when working with a florist?

During the consultation, I will ask you logistical questions to get a better idea of your floral needs in addition to any design preferences you have. You don't need to have the nitty-gritty details worked out...that's why you're hiring a floral artist! Simply send me a color palette, theme, or a few inspiration photos, then sit back and relax while I work my magic for you. I will craft gorgeous designs based on your theme using fresh, seasonal blooms in my Run Wild style.

What do wedding florals cost?

Florals vary in cost depending on your desired vision, the size of your wedding and venue, and seasonality. In keeping with my promise to deliver high-quality product and premium designs, here are a few example price ranges for different event scopes. Please note, a consultation is required to properly assess your unique floral needs before a price can be quoted for your event. Delivery and sales tax are not included in these estimated ranges.

Elopements:

$350+:

This starting range covers personal florals for intimate celebrations, such as a bridal bouquet and boutonniere.  You may also add on additional small personal pieces, such as a bridesmaid bouquet or additional boutonniere.

 

Beginning January 2026: Elopement orders will be available for pick up the day before your event.

If you're dreaming of adding an arch, ground florals, or other ceremony installations, I'd love to help! These fall under my full-service wedding offerings, which begin at $2,000.

Full-Service Weddings:

$2,000-3,500: 

An ideal budget range for intimate-to-small gatherings with a wedding party of 2-6 attendants, a modest ceremony installation or arch decor, and curated reception florals for up to 10 tables, creating a sweet atmosphere for your day with impactful floral moments.

$4,000-$5,500:

The most popular budget range, designed for mid-size weddings with lush, memorable floral moments. This range is ideal for personal florals for the couple with a medium to large wedding party (8-10 attendants), full arch or statement ceremony decor, welcome or bar florals, and reception florals for up to 19 guest tables. Premium seasonal blooms used and artful design throughout.

$6,000+

Bold, elevated, and artfully wild, this budget allows for lush installations and premium blooms throughout your day. This range is perfect for large guest counts (up to 200 guests) or couples who want an all-out design experience. This includes full wedding party personals, dramatic ceremony florals (think full arches plus aisle blooms), elevated reception design with full arrangements, including table arrangements for 20-25 reception tables.

How far in advance should I book my florist?

Anywhere from 4-12 months prior to your event is a great time to book your florist! If you book with Run Wild within this time frame, I will reach out to you for a 6-week check in prior to your event in case you have any changes to your design needs prior to your event. A lot can happen in the time between booking your florist and your big day, so I'm happy to work with you on any updates prior to ordering florals for your event. Please note: to ensure adequate time to conduct your consultation and order your florals, I cannot book events with less than 2 months' notice. 

Do I need to pick out specific flowers when thinking of my event theme?

​Due to the seasonal availability of fresh florals and in order to give you the most impact for your desired budget, I do not guarantee the use of specific floral types. The goal is to deliver designs that accurately capture your desired theme, creating an enhanced atmosphere for your event rather than focusing on forcing certain blooms into the designs. I use premium, seasonal fresh flowers and greenery to create high-quality designs that capture the feel of your special day.
